Stephanie Dowse

Dance Director, Dance Technique

Stephanie has been a part of Clayton Productions for 15 years and has been teaching there for 10. She has participated in Clayton Productions group “Synergy” and traveled with them to the Philippine’s in 2010, and Ecuador in 2012. She has trained in Jazz, Ballet, and Contemporary dance. She has danced at White Shoes ballet studio and was a member and officer of Cottonwood High School’s Dance Company. Stephanie has also been a part of Clayton Productions Dance Company since it first started and was the director of the company for the 2009-2010 and 2012-2013 years. For the past 3 years she has been choreographing “Pizzazz” and “Sensation”.

She loves learning, teaching, and working with these girls, and especially being able to teach these groups with her mom (Francine). Stephanie will not be teaching any of the dance company classes this year as she is taking on the role of a new mom! Performing and dancing is Stephanie’s passion, and she is so excited for the upcoming year!

Stephanie Dana-George

Elite & Dream Dance Companies, Dance Technique

Stephanie Dana-George has been dancing for over 30 years and teaching for over 20 years. Stephanie has been trained in jazz, hip-hop, tap, modern, ballet and tumbling. She was on her High School drill team, serving as drill mistress and on the Southern Utah University Waukeenyan dance team. Stephanie has not only taught and choreographed all over Utah, but has worked with dance teams, drill teams, cheer teams, dance studios and soloist throughout Utah, Arizona and Idaho. Stephanie coached the Murray High School drill team, taking them to National Champion status and also coached the Canyon View High School drill team, taking them to state for their first time.

Currently, Stephanie teaches and choreographs for Clayton Productions and many teams and soloists throughout Utah. Stephanie works as a freelancer doing choreography, marketing, photography, graphic design, entertainment, writing, event coordination, Etc. She has been a dance instructor with Clayton Productions since 2005 and loves sharing her passion there.

Shiney Findlay

Extreme Dance Company

Shiney has been dancing for 17 years. She has received training in Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theater and Improvisational Dance. Shiney has trained at Local Motion, Encore Academy, Clayton Productions and Weber State University.

Shiney has performed with Clayton Productions for 10 years. She was apart of “Synergy 2016” and traveled to Taiwan to perform. Shiney has been apart of the Clayton Productions staff since 2016. She enjoys seeing her students grow and develop their technical skills and a love for performing.

Shiney is a full time Nail Technician and Nail Technician Instructor. She runs her own business and actively accepts apprentices.
